A decorative ceramic plate with a scalloped, gold‑rimmed edge is shown against a plain white background. The center of the plate features a line‑drawn portrait of a person from the shoulders up. The portrait is drawn in dark green lines, showing the head, neck, and upper torso. Surrounding the head and hair are hand‑painted floral designs in soft purples, pinks, and greens, some appearing to blend into the hair. Additional small floral elements are scattered around the lower part of the portrait. The plate’s surface has a vintage, slightly ornate style, with gold detailing around the rim.
