Medium: Maple felled in south London
Size: 180mm diameter x 85mm h
Artist: Tom Wilson
Artist Notes: The bowl is made from a Maple tree that used to grow in Peckham Rye park in SE London. The dark streaks are from a fungal disease that eventually overtook the tree and meant it needed to be felled. The main trunk is still in the park and has been turned into a bench.
