Unique and flexible opportunity to enable a local homeless charity to grow and develop its services

Sussex Nightstop prevents people from sleeping rough by working with the local community to accommodate people at risk of homelessness within family homes.

We are looking to recruit an Operations and Engagement Lead who can combine both operational management and service development skills to help Nightstop build our community response to the local issue of homelessness, working with both our existing and new volunteers and partners to do so.

With your experience of developing and managing safe, high-quality and sustainable client-facing services, your ability to think strategically and your skills in engaging with a wide range of partnerships and people, and in particular volunteers, you’ll be a key contributor in supporting and developing Nightstop’s services so that we best meet the needs of people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

The role is based within Brighton and Hove* and requires an Enhanced DBS check.

(*this role requires largely home-based working until such time our offices can be safely used)
